Why does the world reward the people that are most cruel?

Punish the ones that protect and stand up to the cruel?

The children of the 80's and the 90's grew up being lied to.

The baby boomer parents saying words tainted by yuppies and the bitter rich.

To all that would torment you. to all who lie and steal and harm you in ways that you don't know.

To them the petty pains that will never harm you but bring you secret joy.

May all their chocolate chip cookies be filled with mouse droppings.

Drones

The bough of death drones on.

With drones swirling about it as if a swarm of motorized black birds.

Get your shot gun kiddies, its hunting time.

A Cowardly Manager

 A cowardly manager allowing a bad employee to dominate the office is a horrible situation.

Both should be gotten rid of, yet both are impossible to remove.

The manager refuses to do their job and the owners won't believe anyone else.

Thus the scene is set for a company to fall.

Woe

Woe is the dark in the light.

Falling from the wisps of the lights tendrils.

Sinking, drifting.

Slowly the nap slips upon you and you are gone.
